Beautiful Petrified Wood Sphere, 7cm diameter (466 grams) with acrylic stand.
The Triassic aged petrified wood from the Molteno Formation near Gokwe, Zimbabwe is a favourite among collectors. This petrified wood is known for its striking colours, primarily unique green and blue/green colourations attributed to the presence of chromium during the fossilisation process.
Please note due to the nature of this material there will be natural cracks, lines and caves on this piece.
