Meet John, Paul, George and Ringo our little group of hand carved Alashan Agate Fish.
Alashan Agate is found in the Gobi Desert of Inner Mongolia. The stones lie directly on the desert surface where the wind and sandstorms tumble the stones naturally over millions of years.
In many cultures fish are a symbol of good luck, prosperity and perseverance.
The carving details on these little carvings is amazing and so intricate and they even have moveable tails.
